Terms of Service
Effective Date: February 2026
1. Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of services provided by Wego Labs LLC (“Wego Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms.
If you require a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA), we can provide one upon request for Enterprise engagements.
2. Services
Wego Labs provides subscription-based design and Webflow development services delivered through structured workstreams.
Services may include:
Web design
UI design
Webflow development
CMS builds and updates
Marketing design assets
Brand identity systems
Pitch deck design
Services are delivered according to plan capacity and defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
3. Subscription Model
Services are offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis.
Each plan includes:
A defined number of active workstreams
Queued request intake
Unlimited revisions within approved scope
Defined SLA expectations
Subscriptions renew monthly unless paused or canceled.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due in advance of each billing cycle.
Failure to remit payment may result in service suspension.
Enterprise clients may qualify for invoiced Net terms upon approval.
All fees are non-refundable except where explicitly agreed in writing.
5. Scope & Revisions
“Unlimited requests” refers to the ability to submit multiple requests into a queue.
Active execution is limited by plan capacity.
Revisions are included within approved scope. Significant scope changes may require timeline adjustments or additional billing.
6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Turnaround times apply to standard tasks once:
Scope is confirmed
Required assets are provided
Necessary access credentials are granted
Large initiatives may require phased timelines.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:
Final deliverables become the property of the Client.
Wego Labs retains the right to display non-confidential work in portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client represents that all materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights.
8. Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential.
NDAs are available upon request.
We will not share or disclose proprietary information without written consent, except as required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Wego Labs shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of revenue or profits
Third-party platform outages (e.g., Webflow downtime)
Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 60 days.
10. Termination
Clients may pause or cancel at any time.
Wego Labs reserves the right to terminate service for:
Non-payment
Abusive conduct
Illegal activity
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
